CATS were contracted to construct the footings for the new overhead lines of the PTA rail to enable the construction of Stadium Station. The pile foundations and pedestals consisted of a circular base and square pedestal and were constructed in one continuous pour. The footings were completed around the clock during allowable shutdown windows. Onsite constraints included ground water and low bearing soils. The delivery team worked closely with the project designers to implement robust solutions. All workers were PTA trained and accredited.
