Liam O'Neill
Liam is a Registered Builder with over 20 years of experience in construction, as well as 15 years working in Western Australia on Main Roads’ regional bridges and key metropolitan infrastructure projects, such as Tonkin Gap and TCL YRE.
As Operations Superintendent, Liam is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, budgeting, and supervision of civil construction projects from start to finish. He prepares cost estimates, budgets and working timetables; interpreting and explaining contracts and technical information to other professionals; gathering and submitting reports on the work progress. Liam coordinates all construction processes to ensure that projects meet design specifications and are in strict compliance with deadline and budget.
Luke is the Senior Project Engineer at CATS Construction. Backed by years of experience and relevant qualifications, Luke ensures that our projects are completed at the highest level of quality.
Luke is a crucial element in the project lifecycle process. He will often meet with client personnel and project managers to ensure all the technical needs have been met and offer assistance when required. Luke can help establish project standards based on client goals and budgets.

Steve is the General Manager of CATS Construction, CATS & Oaks JV and A1 Plant Hire. With over 18 years of experience in the civil infrastructure industry, Steve is an expert in all things construction, delivering multiple major projects over the last decade for notable clients such as Main Roads WA and The Office of Major Transport Infrastructure.
With a deep understanding of the project lifecycle from budget development through to maintenance handover, Steve embodies the core organisational qualities of CATS Construction, bringing an enthusiastic attitude and high level of skill to each aspect of our services.
Nick is the Operations Manager of CATS Construction and Dry Vac X. Highly proficient in project management, Nick has spent the last 12 years of his career working on multi-billion-dollar national projects for Tier 1 contractors in both the East Coast and Perth, bringing an invaluable skillset to CATS day-to-day operations.
A natural leader and strong communicator, Nick prioritises the development of durable client relationships and personifies our culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
As the Financial Controller of CATS Construction and A1 Plant Hire, Kevin plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the company. With extensive experience in financial management within the civil construction sector, Kevin oversees budgeting, forecasting and financial strategy to support sustainable growth.
His sharp attention to detail and strategic mindset help drive efficiency across all operations, ensuring the company remains on a strong financial footing.
