Elavale is a brand new master planned community development commissioned by PEET Limited located adjacent to Marmion Ave in Eglinton. The development will ultimately provide over 1,000 residential lots for Perth residents and has a planned school site allocated for future development. CATS were engaged by RJV to install critical sewer infrastructure for the estate. With tight tolerances and extreme temperatures our team had to liaise closely with the project team to ensure a successful delivery.
